圧搾したソーヴィニョンブランを30%の割合でブレンドし、ソーヴィニョンブランの木樽で野生酵母とブドウ果皮に付着した酵母で自然発酵。ブドウ由来の酸味と柔らかなタンニン、果実味、程よいファンクネス。ワイン文化とビールのハイブレッドブレンドであるWILD IGA。
Our new craft beer Stones is a beer spontaneously fermented in Sauvignon Blanc barrels, straw yellow in colour. On the nose we find hints of cellar, musty and a note of cut grass. In the mouth it is dry, with a hint of cereal that makes room for a strong citric flavor that amplifies its elegant acidity
Ingredients: water, barley malt, grape must (30%), wheat , hops, yeast
