Ruseとのコラボレーションビール。どちらのブルワリーでも
何度となく使用してきたであろうSimcoe、Citra、Mosaicホップを熟考のうえ採用。松のすがすがしい香り、オレンジマーマレードのような香り、そしてかすかに白ブドウのような香りが鼻の中で感じられる。このビールのジューシーでフルーティな
フレーバーを、ドライな後口が追いかける。

Carl, named after Shaun’s grandfather, is half 2 row malt and half pilsner malt which create a full yet dry body for the beer. We used Mosaic pellets and Mosaic Incognito from @haas_hops in the Whirpool to layer in some sweet fruit flavors before dry hopping it with a blend of our hand selected Simcoe and Citra hops and an even amount of Ruse’s hand selected Simcoe and Citra hops. Loads of fresh pine tar, orange marmalade, and hints of white grape make up the aroma. A nice dry finish follows the juicy fruit flavor of this beer.
