Topa Topaのご近所さんCarhartt Family Winesから仕入れた赤ワイン用ブドウ品種「グルナッシュ」を使用した魅惑的な色味のケトルサワー。

サワーの酸味とぶどう由来のバラのような香りのバランスが見事。

ラベルデザインはPink Floydの1973年リリースのアルバム「The Dark Side of the Moon (日本タイトル: 狂気）」をオマージュ。

アルバム5曲目の「The Great Gig in the Sky」の 1:07 ちょうどにこの缶を開けて飲み始めれば最高の体験ができるとのこと。
