香りだけでなく実際にボタニカルな素材を取り入れる「ボタニカ」。
初夏に小さく美しい白花を咲かせるエルダーフラワー（西洋ニワトコ）を初醸造に取り入れた。
某・大魔法使いの持つ杖としてもその名が広く知られているが、この花との出会いはビール王国ベルギーでのビール醸造。
その花そのものにさえ興味を持たせるあの香りを忘れらず、ビール自体の軽やかなボディとこの繊細なスムースな香りを活かすことにこだわった結果が「ボタニカ」に表現されている。
レモン色の液体を喉に流し込み、エルダーフラワーの香りが現れては消えていくこの刹那から、まさに魔法をかけられたような安らぎを体験するだろう。

≪Taste≫
淡いレモン色の外観と、飲み口軽いボディ。
ベルギー産酵母1種のみでクリーンに発酵させ、3度のホップ追加と大量のエルダーフラワーを漬け込んで香りのレイヤードを重ねた。
フラワリーなアロマを最大限に活かすためこれまでの我々の発表したビールの中で唯一ドライホッピングを行っていない。
バランスで食中酒として広くペアリングが可能。

BOTANICA, which incorporates not only the aroma but also the actual botanicals ingredients.
The elderflower, which blooms small beautiful white flowers in early summer, is used in brewing for the first time at our brewery.
We first encountered this flower while brewing beer in Belgium, the beer kingdom,
and we couldn't forget the scent that made us interested in even the flower itself.
We wondered how we could make the most of the light body of the beer itself and the delicate smooth aroma without contradicting it.
The answer lies in this beer.
This plant is also known as the wand of the great wizard.
As the lemony liquid is poured down your throat and the elderflower scent appears and disappears,
you will experience a moment of serenity that is almost magical.

TASTE：
Fermented cleanly with only one type of Belgian yeast and layered with triple hopping and a large amount of elderflower.
it is the only beer we have ever released that is not dry-hopped to maximize its floral aroma.
With its light lemon color, light body and balance, it can be paired with a wide range of foods.
