フーダー樽で熟成させたグリゼットにラズベリーを漬込んで熟成させたもの。味わいのバランスを整える用途で仄かにドライホッピングも施されている。ラズベリーのもつジューシーなキャラクター、藁を想わせるフレッシュな風味、そしてフローラルで少々ファンキーなニュアンスも感じられる。ライトドリンキングで程よい甘酸っぱさが口内に広がり、最後仄かな苦みと共にドライに締めくくられる。
Grisette was the first of its kind to emerge at Hafis, earning the esteemed title of our very first beer fermented entirely in oak (aka The Foeder Pyramid™). It's a low ABV, refreshing sipper with a subtle dry hop to balance the brett, light acidity, and sky-high drinkability. This variation was conditioned on raspberries.
What it smells like, what it tastes like: The beer itself is dry and slightly acidic, with a firm bitterness. Floral aromatics are complimented by balanced notes of fresh hay and raspberry seeds.
