地元トロントのコーヒーロースターとのコラボレーションで造られるインペリアルスタウト。今回はRooms Coffeeのコーヒー豆を使用して醸造。トフィーを想わせる深みのある風味、ブラックカラントの様なジューシーさ、そしてココアを想起させるまったりとしたフレーバーが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共に濃厚で奥深い味わいが口内に広がる。仄かな甘味も顔を出す、味わい豊かな一本

A Stout with Coffee is a series of stouts we created to feature local coffee roasters, and observe the results of different beans in beer. An Imperial Stout with Coffee is the big sibling, with a bumped up malt bill, ABV, and sensory impact.

AISWC uses beans from "A Room On Ossington" -- the cafe situated directly across the street from our brewpub, that functions sans website and aided by extremely kind staff. The beer is more intense than its non-imperial counterparts, with distinct rich and roasty notes of toffee, black currant, and cocoa.
