In Oct. 2020, three Daegu/Busan (대부) breweries Gorilla Brewing, Daedo Brewery,
and Galmegi Brewery put their heads together for a delicious new creation
Thus, a brilliant sour ale was born
The collaborative brew is aged in barrels for 26 months, giving it triple the depth.
The barrel (oak) aging process also brings hints of raisins, plums,
and raspberries to complete the glass.
Admire the red hues, and pungent, sour taste, followed by a soft sweetness
that will have you falling to your knees (figuratively, of course)
