やり遂げました！過去7年間、Be Easyでの時間は素晴らしく、波乱含み、楽しく、厳しく、充実していて、報われる瞬間がたくさんありました。Be Easyが進むほど、私（ギャレス）は自分のチームなしではこれをやり遂げることはできなかったと改めて思います。彼らがすべてを実現し、しかも最高のレベルでやってくれます。

今年は、皆が楽しめるラベルを作りたいと思いました。『Where's Be Easy』テーマにしました。チームのメンバーがどこかに隠れているので見つけてみてください！

ビールは、7%のフルボディで味わい豊かなスタウト!キャラメルのニュアンスを増すために長時間煮沸し、よりクリーミーな口当たりを追求しました。そこに、ラズベリーピュレを投入。　これは甘すぎず、くどくない、グラスに詰まった溶けたラズベリーチョコレートのようなものです。チョコレート、ラズベリー、キャラメル、微かな焙煎、コーヒー、すべてが絡み合って複雑なビールに仕上がりました。ビールをゆっくりと楽しみながら、Be Easyの重要なメンバーを見つけてください！

もちろん、7年目に入るには皆さんなしでは成り立ちません！ビールを飲んで応援してくれるすべてのお客様が、過去7年間の夢を実現するのに大きな役割を果たしてくれました。一人ひとりに感謝の気持ちを伝えたいですが、皆さんがいなければBe Easyもありません。本当にありがとうございます。そして、8年目に突入する際には、幸運と成功をお祈りしています！

We've made it! The past seven years at Be Easy have been a rollercoaster of amazing, turbulent, fun, challenging, fulfilling, and rewarding moments. Reflecting on this journey, I (Gareth) am constantly reminded that none of it would have been possible without my incredible team. They make everything happen at the highest level, and I'm immensely grateful.

To celebrate this milestone, we've created a playful label with a 'Where's Be Easy' theme—everyone from the team is hidden somewhere, so try to find them! Now, onto the beer: a robust, 7% full-bodied stout. We extended the boil to enhance caramel nuances and achieve a creamier mouthfeel. We then infused the beer with loads of fresh raspberry puree, delivering a melted raspberry chocolate experience in a glass, without being overly sweet. Chocolate, raspberry, caramel, slight roast, and coffee bean notes intertwine to create this beautifully complex brew. Enjoy it slowly, savoring each layer while you search for each important member of Be Easy!

Of course, a seven-year anniversary wouldn't be complete without YOU! Every person who drinks and supports our beer has played a crucial role in helping me live my dream for the past seven years.
