We are very proud to release the first two beers from our Barrel Experiment Program with our friends at @carwyncellars out into the world.
We sourced six different and distinct French barrel from nearly 17,000km away from our home in Bright and filled them all with the same Oatmeal Imperial Stout in order to truly highlight the different characteristics of each unique barrel.
Release #1 is a Chartreuse Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - and what we believe to be the FIRST Chartreuse Barrel Aged Imperial Stout in Australia.
