今回はロサンゼルスが面するサンタモニカ湾の生き物や環境保全活動を行うNPO法人、The Bay Foundationとのコラボ。

ラベルに描かれているのは海辺の砂の中に卵を産むユキチドリという絶滅危惧種に指定されている鳥。

カリフォルニア州の海岸沿いのビーチの一部はユキチドリの営巣地として人の立ち入りが禁止されています。

このWest Coast IPAは口に含むとまずキウイ、ライチ、マンゴーのような風味が感じられ、すぐに柑橘、キンカン、オレンジのようなフレーバーが顔を出します。

フィニッシュはドライでスルスルと飲めてしまう、バランスの取れた一杯。

This dry drinkable west coast is beautifully balanced. Top notes of light tropical fruit like kiwi, lychee and mango dominate, supported by round citrus tones of kumquat and orange. This beer is perfect for the warm fall California afternoons finishing dry, snappy and leading you into your next sip.
