The Worlds That Never Were // A California DIPA brewed w/ our buds @devilcraft_brewery w/ ID-158, Idaho 7, Idaho Gem, & Citra Cryo, 8.5% abv
We dreamed up this yummo clear and hoppy wonder with our good Pally™ Jason from Devil Craft in Tokyo. He was super pumped to use some hop varietals from Idaho that we hadn’t played around with yet. So we sat down together, rubbed some hops, and came up with a hop blend that really sang to us! The result is super pale in color, light bodied, and devishly sneaky on the booze. Flavor profile? Think about Agua De Sandia, Yubari Melon Hi-Chew, and Melona Honeydew popsicles.
