Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Seven Island Brewery we blended a super citrussy base beer brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats and primary fermented with Brettanomyces.
Using wild ingredients Seven Islands brought from Greece, we added fresh kumquat from Corfu & wild mountain tea harvested from Mount Olympus.
