レイク・ジェームス・ラインドは、ライム皮と新鮮な地元産スイカを大量に使用したライトラガー！地元産の二条大麦と、醸造所からわずか3キロ先で栽培された3種類のヘリテージ・コーンをブレンドし、最後にタヒンというメキシカンスパイスブレンドを投入。ラガー・イースト菌を使用し、低温で発酵させる。爽やかで飲みやすくなるまで長くラガーリングしています。

Light Lager with Heritage Corn, Lime Zest, Watermelon & Tajín
Lake James Rind is our light lager with tons of fresh, house-processed, local watermelon, directly into fermentation, followed by fresh lime and a dash of tajín! Mashed with local two row barley and a blend of three distinct varieties of heritage corn, grown only 2 miles down the road from our farmhouse brewery. Fermented cool with our preferred lager yeast strain until bone dry. Lagered extensively until crisp and crushable.
