地元産ピルスナー麦芽を使用し、カラフォームモルトを少量加えることでボディ感を強め、ミュンヘン麦芽を少量加えてほのかなビスケットのような風味と深みのある黄金色を実現。ヨーロッパ産パールホップとテトナンガーホップの伝統的なブレンドを繊細に使用。ラガー酵母で低温発酵させ、低温でコンディショニングすることで、ドライでキリッとした、飲みやすい後味を実現しました。

Dortmunder-Style Salted Lager
Brewed with local pilsner malt along with a touch of carafoam for a boosted body and dash of munich malt for a slight biscuit profile and a deep golden color. Delicately hopped with a traditional blend of European-grown perle and tettnanger hops. Fermented cool with our preferred lager yeast and conditioned cold for a dry, crisp and crushable finish.
