地元産の大麦麦芽をはじめ、オーツ麦芽、ローウィート、ハニーモルトを加えたヘイジーペールエールです。フルボディのジューシーなペールエールを味わうために、低凝集で口当たり濃厚な酵母を使用。発酵槽でシトラとギャラクシー、モザイクのホップでドライホッピングすることでトロピカルフルーツのようなアロマが溢れています。

Mashed with a blend of local barley malt along with malted oats, raw wheat and a touch of honey malt. Fermented with our preferred low flocc and thick-mouthed yeast strain for a full bodied juicy pale ale experience. Hopped intensely in the fermenter with a blend of citra, galaxy and mosaic. Bursting with tropical fruit-forward aromatics, this pale ale is saturated with some of our very favorite hops.
