ノースカロライナ州アッシュビルのRiverbendmalt社の提供により、地元の大麦、小麦、ライ麦を使用。ミズーリ州セントルイスのFoedercraftersの友人によって完璧に作られた、大きな美しいオークのフォエダーの1つで、自家培養のミックスを使って発酵させた。ブレタノマイセス・クラウセニー酵母のみで発酵させたセゾンをブレンドし、同じ酵母でボトルと樽の中で発酵させた。このデリケートな混合培養のセゾンは、まさにErrdayを打ち砕くビールだ。複雑なボディと骨太でドライなフィニッシュを誇るErrdayは、舌の上で踊るような美しいミネラルと柔らかな酸味を提供する。トロピカルフルーツ、干し草、納屋のファンクのアロマを持つこの小さなビールは、まさに完璧なエラデイを飲む、ミックスカルチャー・クラッシャーである。

Foeder-Aged Mixed-Culture Petit Saison
Mashed with local barley, wheat and rye courtesy of Riverbendmalt of Asheville, North Carolina. Fermented with our mixed house cultures in one of our big beautiful oak foeders, impeccably crafted by our friends at Foedercrafters of St. Louis, Missouri. Blended with an additional saison fermented exclusively with brettanomyces claussenii yeast and fermented inside the bottle and kegs with the same yeast. This delicate mixed-culture saison is exactly the beer we’d like to crush Errday. Boasting a complex body and a bone dry finish, Errday offers a beautiful minerality and soft acidity that dances on the tongue. With aromas of tropical fruit, hay and barnyard funk, this little beer is truly the perfect errday drinkin’, mixed-culture crusher.
