テキサス州オースティンの世界的に有名なライブ・オーク・ブルーイングの素晴らしいスタッフとソーセージのスペシャリストとの共同醸造。リバーベンド・モルト・ハウスの友人から仕入れた100％ピーカン・スモークの地元産小麦を使用。私たちが好むラガー菌で低温発酵。クリスプでクラッシャブルになるまでコールドコンディショニング。パッケージング時に海塩をブレンドし、急冷性を高めている。かつてほぼ絶滅したビールスタイルであったグロジスキー（グラッツァー）は、伝統的にオークで燻製した小麦100％で醸造されています。このビールにピーカンで燻製した小麦を加えることで、ノースカロライナらしさを加えました。軽く、クリスピーで、スモーキーで、クラッシャブルなこのビールは、醸造家の喜びである。

Pecan-Smoked Polish-Style Wheat Beer

Brewed in collaboration with the fine folks and sausage specialists at the world famous Live Oak Brewing of Austin, Texas. Mashed with 100% pecan-smoked local wheat from our friends at Riverbend Malt House. Fermented cool with our preferred lager strain. Cold conditioned until crisp and crushable. Blended with sea salt at the time of packaging for increased quenchability. A once nearly extinct style of beer, the Grodziskie or Gratzer is traditionally brewed with 100% oak-smoked wheat. We added our North Carolina flair to it with the incorporation of the custom pecan-smoked wheat. Light, crisp, smokey and crushable, this beer is a brewers’ delight.
