厳選されたアマリロ、シトラ、モザイク、シムコーをドライホップした永遠の西海岸スタイルのインディア・ペールエール。キャロライナモルトハウスの友人から仕入れた地元の大麦とデキストリンモルト、フレークオーツ麦を使用。クリーン・ハウス・イーストで発酵。厳選したアマリロ、シトラ、モザイク、シムコーを強烈にホッピング。完全に発酵させてドライな仕上がりにし、コールドコンディションで美しく輝く透明感を出した。私たちは2020年のロックダウンの大半をビールプログラムの様々な部分の分析に費やした。これまで以上に醸造所での時間が増えたので、私たちはお気に入りのスタイルのビールを強化し、充実させる作業に取り掛かった。私たちにとって、ホップビアードはそうした努力の直接的かつ痛烈な例です。私たちの大好きなホップを加え、ラベルも長い間お蔵入りになっていたものを一新し、私たちが10年以上にわたってがぶ飲みしてきたウェスト・コースティをこれほど誇りに思ったことはありません。

West Coast IPA

Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe

Our forever west coast-style india pale ale dry-hopped with hand-selected amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe. Mashed with local barley from our friends at Carolina Malt House along with a dash of dextrin malt and a pinch of flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred clean house ipa yeast strain. Hopped intensely with hand-selected amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned for beautifully brilliant clarity. We spent the majority of the lockdown that was 2020 analyzing different parts of our beer program. With more time at the brewery than ever before, we went to work on enhancing and enriching some of our favorite styles of beer. For us, Hop Beard is a direct and poignant example of those efforts. Now with an addition of one of our very favorite hops along with a long-overdue label makeover, we’ve never been more proud of our west coasty that we’ve been knocking back for over 10 years.
