'honey isle 2022'
A new fruit for us this time. Our spontaneously fermented golden ale was used as they base. The blend was made up of 20 month old and 30 month old stock which had matured in oak barrels. The beer was refermented on honeyberries from Dundee Scotland. This beer is packed full of summer fruit flavour. Acidic and juicy. With a confident base beer which marries well with the beer. We're really happy with this one.
