We did it again.

In collaboration with Pasticceria Giotto we made panettone with our beer, Magma Bianco.

Then we used the same panettone and created Giotto .

Giotto is a flat Pastry Stout , without bubbles, matured for 24 months in Chardonnay barrels with a large quantity of Panettone.

Dense, oily and obviously tastes like panettone…Giotto.
