Aged predominantly in Rum, Whiskey and Port barrels, with a touch of wine barrel, it makes for an extraordinary experience. The deep amber color and caramelized aromas blend with fruity notes of raisins and dates.

The taste reveals complex layers of caramel, toffee and vanilla, enriched with hints of oak and a pleasant light persistent spiciness that adds energy. A beer that enchants with its harmony.

Dedicated to a special person who passed away a few years ago: our dear carpenter Mansueto. Together with him we created the supports for the barrels which are now used in our cellar. Mansueto shared with us his passion for wood and things made with hands
