ストゥモストフが主催するビールイベント「Beer Geek Madness 2024」のプロモーションの一環として、うちゅうブルーイングとのコラボが実現！サワーIPAスタイルの爽やかな果実味に、アロマティックなストラタホップとイチゴ、バナナ、カラマンシー（すだちやカボスに似た柑橘）のフルーツピューレとバニラ、ココナッツ、シナモンを投入。フィリー酵母による乳酸とフルーツが混ざり合い、フルーツヨーグルトの様な味わい！

BGM24 FUTURE Double Philly Sour IPA is a beer prepared in cooperation with the Japanese UCHU Brewing, as part of the promotion of the Beer Geek Madness 2024 festival. A powerful dose of refreshing fruit in the Sour IPA style, topped up with aromatic Strata hops and fruit purees of strawberries, bananas and calamansi. , which are complemented by aromatic additions of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon. Its sourness comes from a special strain of yeast that also produces lactic acid during fermentation.

This unique IPA beer is the result of collaboration with one of the most prestigous breweries in Japan - うちゅうブルーイング Uchu Brewing. It's a product of experiments where the exceptional Strata hops play the main role, giving the beer rich in fruity aromas. Finishing with strawberry, banana, calamansi purees, and hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut, which was added, gives it a unique character. This is a limited edition that will delight even the most demanding beer fans.

ポーランドのヴロツワフで開催される「Beer Geek Madness2024」 @beergeekmadness に、うちゅうブルーイングが招待いただき参加させていただくのですが、主催であるポーランドのブルワリーBrowar Stu Mostow @browarstumostow とのコラボビールができました！！
ストラタホップ、バナナ、ストロベリーにカラマンシー（シークワーサーのような柑橘）、さらにシナモンロールとバニラ、ココナッツを使用したSour IPAです。
