Rollin’ On Wats is a West Coast Double IPA loaded with a hop combo of over seven pounds per bbl of Mosaic YCH702, Mosaic Cryo, and Nelson. It’s tropical, vinous, and citrus forward. Also this beer is highly drinkable thanks to the soft water profile, which only adds just enough minerals and acids to our 100% reverse osmosis brewing water.
