全国を股にかけるブルワー阿久沢 健志氏とのコラボビール。
穏やかな柑橘系を連想させるハーバルな香りに、　白ワインやハチミツのようなニュアンスも。
飲み始めは、少し残った甘みから丸く柔らかな印象ですが、飲み進めていくと、そこそこな苦味とクリスピーさを感じられ、全体的にバランスのとれた仕上がりに。キレッキレの飲み口ではありませんが、知らない間に飲みきってしまうGangi Brewingらしいピルスになったのではないかなと思います。

Herbal aroma reminiscent of mild citrus, with hints of white wine and honey.
At the beginning of drinking, it has a round and soft impression from the little residual sweetness, but as you continue drinking, you can taste a moderate bitterness and crispness, and the overall finish is well-balanced. It is not a crisp drinker, but I think it has become a Gangi Brewing-like Pils that you are drinking up without even knowing it.
