特定のホップの魅力を紹介する「サミットシリーズ」の最新作! 今回は、只今最注目の南半球ホップ 「Nectaron」を中心に、サポート役のホップとしてAmarilloとEkuanotを使用したペールエール。 トロピカルなライチ、マンゴー、柑橘類の皮を思わせるアロマとフレーバーが主体で、複雑なモルトのバックボーンがバランスをとっている。
Our latest edition from the summit' pale series features all-star southern hemisphere hop Nectaron, supported by Amarillo and Ekuanot, Tropical lychee, mango, and citrus zest flavors and aromas take the lead, while a complex malt backbone provides support and balance to the tropical and spicy hop bite.
