The VeilのフラッグシップDouble IPA、whiteferrariを野生酵母で発酵させた限定商品。
使用したBrettanomyces clausseniiはパイナップルやアーシーな藁のような香りを生成することで知られており、whiteferrariで使われるオーストラリア産ギャラクシーと米国産シトラとの相性は抜群。
イメージとしてはファンキーなベルジャンペールエール、そしてThe Veilが得意とするゴリゴリにフルーティーなHazy DIPA、どちらの良さも感じられるような味わいに仕上がっています。
仕上げに瓶内二次発酵させており、炭酸はすべて自然発泡です。
原材料：麦芽、ホップ、オーツ
wildferrari is our luxuriously soft Double India Pale Ale 100% fermented with a super fruity wild yeast strain called Brettanomyces Claussenii. Known for producing pineapple and earthy hay-like aromas, this wild yeast strain goes perfectly with the base beer hopped carefully with Galaxy hops from Australia and Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest. We’ve dreamt of how a wild version of our beloved whiteferrari would turn out and we are super stoked about the final product. Think a 9% earthy, fruity, funky Belgian pale ale crossed with our flagship dazy DIPA.
