2022年の"Blueberries'リリース時に発酵に使用したブルーベリーを再使用して加え、フードル（ワインの大樽）で熟成させたサワー・ゴールデンエール。熟成の後半に生姜、ライムの果皮、二種の唐辛子グアヒージョとアルボルを加えた。フルーツの風味にほどよい酸味と心地よいピリピリとした刺激があり、アーシーさが感じられる。
Foudre aged sour Golden ale aged on blueberries, ginger, lime zest, dried arbol and guajillo chile peppers. Second use of our 2022 Blueberries. A sour golden ale matured on once used blueberries with a late infusion of fresh lime zest, ginger, dried guajillo chile peppers. Medium acidity and a false sweetness driven by fruit give way to a delightful tingle and lingering earthiness.
