ピクセルスター・アメリカン・ピルスナーは、ワシントン州モクシーにあるCLSファームの友人から仕入れた最高級のカシミア＆エルドラードのホップを使用しています。カシミアホップの柔らかさと果実味は、IPAやペールエールに見せかけたラガーにならない、ホッピーなアロマと柔らかい口当たりを表現しています。他のピルスナービール同様、軽やかで爽やかな味わいですが、メロンやイチゴ、カットフルーツ、マイルドな柑橘類を思わせる独特のホップ香が、伝統的なヨーロピアン・ラガーとは一線を画す風味を醸し出しています。

Pixel Star American Pilsner is crafted with the finest Cashmere & El Dorado hops from our friends at CLS Farms in Moxee, WA. We wanted to brew an American hopped Lager that didn't taste like an IPA, and the softness and fruitiness of our selected Cashmere hops was the perfect choice for a soft hoppy expression that doesn't push into a lager disguised as an IPA or Pale Ale. We add in some El Dorado hops to enhance the fruit character, adding a touch of melon into the aroma profile. Light & crisp like all our pilsner beers, this distinctive hop aroma of strawberries, crushed fruit and mild citrus give this beer its distinct flavor compared to a traditional European lager.
