Nyctohylophobia – A Unique Collaboration with Totopia Brewery

We teamed up with our good friends at Totopia Brewery in Aichi Prefecture to bring you something truly special. Known for naming their beers after various "phobias," we found one that perfectly captures the essence of Aomori!

Key Features:
Aomori Apples & Smoked Malt: This beer is a wild experiment, combining the fresh taste of Aomori apples with the subtle depth of smoked malt.
Lighter Bodied Hazy IPA: Expect a hazy IPA that dances between tropical fruits and fresh apple juice, all while being enveloped in a delicate, smoky haze.
Unique Flavor Balance: None of the elements overpower the others, creating a harmonious blend that’s rare in the world of Hazy IPAs.
