私たちの最新のウェストコーストIPAを、親しい友人であるタイタンズと一緒に、彼らのアニバーサリーを祝うために作りました。タイタンズはビールを愛し、特に美味しいビールが大好きなことで知られています。彼らの特別な日を祝うためにビールを作ってほしいと頼まれた時、私たちは大興奮でした！

このIPAは、適度な苦味、柑橘系の風味、ほのかなトロピカルノート、そして少しのダンクさを持っています。ホップはモルトの土台に支えられていて、ホップの個性を引き立たせつつも、深みを与えています。中程度のボディに仕上げ、ホップがビールのバランスを崩さないようにしつつ、飲みやすさを保っています。

Celebrate with Titans – Our Newest West Coast IPA!

We’re thrilled to introduce our latest West Coast IPA, made in collaboration with our very good friends at Titans to celebrate their anniversary. Titans are known for their love of beer, especially good beer, so when they asked us to craft something special for their big day, we couldn’t have been more excited!

This IPA features a moderate bitterness with citrusy notes, a hint of tropical fruit, and a touch of dankness. The hops are supported by a malt bill that allows them to shine while still adding some depth to the flavor. We aimed for a medium body to ensure the beer remains highly drinkable, keeping the hops in balance without overwhelming the palate.

Raise a glass to Titans and wish them a Happy Anniversary with this special brew!
