Gangi Brewing （ @gangibrewing ）さんとのコラボレーションビール。お互いのブルワーが好きな Talus ホップ + 低アルコールをテーマに、BBB では Micro Hazy IPA を醸造。Gangi さんの醸造手法を取り入れ、クリーンで飲み疲れしないビールに仕上がりました。
トロピカルな香りの中にやさしい柑橘さがあり、後味に洋梨やウッディさを感じます。低アルコールにしては飲み応えもしっかりあるため、Gangi Brewing さん側で仕込んだ Micro Brown Porter と交互に何杯でも楽しめます！
A collaboration with Gangi Brewing.
Given our shared fondness for Talus hops and a mutual interest in low-alcohol styles, BBB brewed a Micro Hazy IPA for this project. By incorporating techniques from Gangi’s brewing approach, we have created a clean, easy-drinking beer that does not tire the palate.
Among the tropical aromas, you will find gentle citrus notes, with hints of pear and a subtle woodiness on the finish. Despite its low ABV, it delivers a satisfying depth, making it an ideal companion to enjoy alongside Gangi Brewing’s Micro Brown Porter, pint after pint.
