After taking home an NYSCBC gold medal in Wild Ales with last year’s vintage, we are delighted to announce the 2025 vintage of our celebrated collaboration with @oishii, Ambient Fizz Koyo Berry. Fermented and aged in oak barrels exclusively with wild yeast and bacteria from the ambient environment, this American Spontaneous Ale is re-fermented with Oishii’s freshly picked berries. Easy-drinking, spritzy, and refreshing with complex notes of oak, juicy strawberry, and lemon verbena. Clocking in at 4.3%, Ambient Fizz drinks like a session lambic.

Oishii’s berries are exceptional, grown in the world’s largest indoor vertical strawberry farm. They are always-in-season, pesticide-free, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
