Grimm Weisse is one of the most authentic double-decocted Bavarian-style hefeweissbiers you’ll find outside of Germany, and has been awarded Gold three times in the NY State Craft Beer Competition. Grimm Weisse has enticing notes of clove, lemon, and banana and is massively effervescent, soft, and pillowy. There is a difference between the draft version and the can! Cans are can-conditioned to the traditional 4 volumes of carbonation. The draft is still highly carbed, but adjusted down to a more reasonable 2.7 volumes so that it can be successfully poured on American draft systems.
