ダイナソーキャニオンのご紹介！アリゾナ州とユタ州に点在する印象的な奇岩群にちなんで名付けられた、このヘイジーダブルIPAは、荒々しい風景と永遠の冒険のスピリットを捉えています。リワカをワールプールで大胆に使用し、ドライホップにはシムコーとストラータをたっぷり使用。熟したマンゴー、柑橘系の皮、そしてほのかな松の香りが口いっぱいに広がります。フィニッシュには甘酸っぱいタルトのような風味がほのかに広がり、ノスタルジックな気分にさせてくれます。一口飲むごとに、ジューシーなストーンフルーツの層、樹脂のような骨格、そして柔らかくふわふわとした口当たりが広がります。バランスが良く、豊かな表現力も持ち合わせています。

Introducing Dinosaur Canyon! Named after the striking rock formations found in parts of Arizona and Utah, this hazy Double IPA captures the spirit of rugged landscapes and timeless adventure. Brewed with a bold trio of Riwaka (in the whirlpool) as well as heavy handed amounts Simcoe, and Strata in the dry hop. It bursts with aromas of ripe mango, citrus zest, and hints of fresh pine. We’re also getting this little vibe of sweet-tarts on the finish that has us feeling especially nostalgic. Each sip delivers layers of juicy stone fruit, a resinous backbone, and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Balanced while remaining expressive. 9.1% ABV.
