フーダー樽で熟成されたワイルドエールにブラッドオレンジ、タンジェリンオレンジとハイビスカスを投入したもの。ブラッドオレンジとタンジェリンオレンジの爽快なキャラクター、ハイビスカスのスッキリとした酸味あるフレーバー、そして仄かなウッディーさと少々のファンキーさが感じられる。ライトな飲み口でフルーティーな酸味と少しだけ複雑みのある味わいが口内に広がる。非常にリフレッシングに仕上がった一本。

Some secrets are just too juicy to keep, like this fresh batch of Omertà, a foeder aged wild ale. Brewed with blood orange, tangerine and hibiscus, Omertà has a light body, and juicy fruit flavours that make it very refreshing and very drinkable.
A longtime Bellwoods favourite (brewed for the first time in 2013!), Omertà the beer is just like Omertà the term, a code of honour and conduct: just too good to give up.
