Lean and bright with a crisp pilsner malt and flaked rice backbone, this West Coast IPA delivers a sharp, clean bitterness. Simcoe lays down resin and pine, Taiheke brings citrus zest, and Riwaka bursts with passionfruit and tropical lift. A clear, snappy finish keeps the palate fresh, letting the hops lead the way from first sip to final drop.
