Tonight, we’re introducing you to a brand-new Patron. Rob C Art is an incredibly talented mandala, mural and watercolour artist based in Leeds, who is inspired by the patterns and landscapes of nature.
For the first beer in his series, we’ve collaborated long-distance with our close friends at Track Brewing Co. to brew a fruited sour. This fruit-forward IPA is conditioned on a cocktail of blueberry, sour cherry, plum and raspberry. The complementary hop bill contains Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc for notes of strawberry, blueberry and over-ripe tropical fruits, with the tangy acidity complemented by the silky base beer underneath.
