For the second installment in our British Culture Archive Patrons Project series, showcasing the best of UK hops alongside their US cousins, we teamed up with our Leeds neighbours North Brewing Co.
Together, we created Boombox. A silky 7.2% DDH IPA, oat-heavy, with a touch of wheat malt, utilizing Mosiac Incognito in the whirlpool for that classic, juicy NE profile. For that British hop fix, we dry-hopped with a 50:50 ratio of Bullion to Mosaic, to let the UK hop really stand out alongside its US companion. The former brings aromatic spic, orange zest and dark currant, complemented by the latter's stone fruit and blueberry flavours.
