今回のコーヒーエールはIPAです。エチオピアのスペシャルティコーヒーの産地として有名なグジ シャキソ地区より直輸入された薫り豊かな豆をソリトマーゴさん @solitomago2019 が丁寧に焙煎し使用しました。
豆のポテンシャルを最大限に生かせる様、コーヒーでありながらIPAでもある...そんなビールをイメージし、アロマモルトをふんだんに使用し厚みと酸味を持たせ、ホップはしっかりと加えほろ苦く、麦芽由来の甘さを残しました。
とても香り高く、エチオピアの豆特有の酸味とフルーティさが口の中に広がり重なる様にホップの苦みも感じられます。

The coffee ale this time is IPA.Mr. Solitomago @solitomago2019 carefully roasted and used fragrant beans imported directly from the Gujisakiso district, which is famous for producing Ethiopian specialty coffee.
To maximize the potential of the beans, it is a coffee but also an IPA...Imagining such a beer, we used plenty of aroma malt to add thickness and acidity, the hops were firmly added and slightly bitter, leaving the malt-derived sweetness.
It is very fragrant, and you can feel the bitterness of hops as the unique acidity and fruity of Ethiopian beans spread through your mouth.
