名古屋エリアのブリュワリーTall Boys Brewing、Brewpub Ozone、Butterfly Brewery、Martinez Brewery、Mya Brew、とY Market Brewingによるのスーパーグループコラボレーション！

Tall Boys Brewingの「Nagoya Union」2026年版では、モダンスタイルに挑戦しました。現在アメリカのトレンドは、色が淡く（エクストラ・ペール）でドライな口当たりが特徴の「モダン・ウエスト・コーストIPA」です。ラガーのようなキレのある軽やかなボディと、IPA特有の心地よくバランスの取れた苦味やフルーティーなホップの風味が融合したスタイルです。

今回のコラボビールでは、アンチョビホップを主役に据えました。ショッキングな名前ですが、アンチョビホップはスイカとライムキャンディのような風味を軸に、シトラスやトロピカルフルーツのニュアンスがそれを引き立てています。後味は驚くほどクリーンで爽快、つい何杯でも飲みたくなる仕上がりです。気づけば、もう一杯！と求めてしまうこと間違いなしでしょう。

Back once again, for this 2026 version of our supergroup collaboration between Nagoya area natives Tall Boys Brewing, Brewpub Ozone, Butterfly Brewery, Martinez Brewery, Mya Brew, and Y Market Brewing, we decided to go modern. Extra pale, dry, modern west coast IPAs have been taking over the US market. They combine the crisp light body of something like a lager with the snappy balanced bitterness and fruit forward hop flavors of an IPA.

In our version, Anchovy hops take the center stage, bringing candy like watermelon flavor supported with citrus and tropical fruit. A refreshingly clean and clear finish makes it endlessly drinkable. Before you know it, you'll be begging for another!
