YYG Brewing CompanyとTall Boys Brewingがコラボレーションし、この新しいニュージーランドスタイルのピルスナーを発売しました！ニュージーランド・ピルスナーは珍しいスタイルですが、ヨーロッパのピルスナーが持つキレのあるクリーンなボディと、フルーティーなチオール（香り成分）豊かなニュージーランド産ホップの個性を融合させています。
グラスに注ぐと透明感のある淡い黄色を呈し、モルトの軽やかなボディから、フローラルなホップの風味、そしてライムの皮を思わせるほのかな苦味のある後味へと変化していきます。まさに、私たちブルワーが毎日でも一日中飲み続けたくなるようなビールに仕上がりました。

YYG Brewing Company and Tall Boys Brewing came together to drop this new New Zealand style pilsner! New Zealand Pilsner is an uncommon style, but it combines the crispy clean body of a European pilsner with fruity, thiol-rich NZ hops.
Our version pours a crystal clear light yellow, the malty light body gives way to a mix of floral hops and a slightly lime peel bitter finish. This is the type of beer that brewers want to drink all day every day.

Hops: Nelson Sauvin (T90, Cryo), Pacifica, Riwaka, Wai-Itti
Yeast: Weihenstephan Lager Yeast
