深まる秋を漆黒に染める。オトナのデザートカクテルを思わせる、濃密なImperial Stout。甘美なる禁断の悪魔には、すべての相性を極め尽くしたレシピで設計。今回もグレーンウイスキー樽で、過去にWCBからリリースした「Dark Lab Series 01」の元になった原酒を熟成しブレンドしています。

選び抜いた2つの木樽は、チョコレートやオレンジ、ラムの印象があり、その特長を活かした副原料とのバランスを追求しました。恐ろしいまでに魅惑的、危険で濃厚な余韻に沈む一杯を、心ゆくまでお楽しみください。

ダークチョコレートやキャラメル、バニラを連想させる力強く豊かなアロマには、糖蜜が絡むような濃厚感。デーツやドライフルーツのようなニュアンスに、深みのあるウッディな香り。さらにトーストされたオークの風味が加わり、複雑さをプラス。コクのあるフルボディな飲み口から、柔らかく温かいアルコール感と共に、長い余韻へ。
