This creamy, fruit-forward pale ale merges Scandinavian simplicity with modern hop expression. A lush milkshake-style pale ale built on a soft base of Extra Pale, Golden Promise, wheat, and naked oats.
Loaded with juicy pear purée, kissed with elderflower, and rounded by a touch of lactose, it’s a smooth, velvety sip that balances sweetness and drinkability. Whirlpool additions of Citra, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin bring bright notes of lime zest, gooseberry and tropical fruit.

The result? A refreshing, aromatic, and slightly decadent pale ale.
