夜が深まるほど、乾杯の輪がどこまでも広がっていく。街の喧騒に紛れるように、今夜も集まるHop Dudeたち。誰かが始めた遊びに、また誰かが加わって、どこからともなく聞こえる、プシュっと缶ビールを開ける音。気づけば、ここに来るのが毎晩の彼らのルーティーン。

何気ないひとときも、ビールがあればちょっと特別。なんてことない夜を、とびきり楽しくする魔法？気の向くままに集まって、思い思いに過ごす時間。それがHop Dude流の夜の楽しみ方。

ホップの特徴をより分かりやすくするため、モルト配分を調整。ドライホップ前にはSuper Sauvin※を使用し、マスカットのニュアンスをプラス。ドライホップには、Nelson SauvinとRiwakaをセレクトし、マスカットやパイナップル、キャンディのような甘いジューシーアロマに。ハーブやダンク感のある柑橘の印象と、ほのかに感じるスパイシーな余韻。

※Nelson SauvinホップにPhantasm(ぶどう果皮パウダー)を練り込んだ、チオールを豊富に含む@freestylehopsのホップ製品。

On the steps of Shin Hing, thiols aren't exactly a thing. Swooning social evenings of inebriation (and other shenanigans) are commonplace here. And between the shisha clips and hidden speakeasies, suspicious underground nightclubs and storied pub establishments - Hop Dudes getting busy. All it takes after all, is a little Liquid Magic to get things rocking.　Double Nelson and a touch of Riwaka absolutely slap in this WC IPA, hitting with grapefruit and citrus pith, a subtle tropical fruit character and a layer of lupulin derived dankness as well to complete the evening. We're looking for a brew to get us in the mood - and Liquid Magic is about to do just the trick.
