創業110年、新店舗は9周年を迎える『関町セラー』。そのAnniversary Beerが、今年も錬金術師たちの手によって誕生する。

古のAlchemistが手にしたのは、Nectaronのホップオイル「Quantum」。ホップのポテンシャルを凝縮したその力が、鮮烈な香りを解き放つ。ホップの魔法は、さらなる次元へ。この街で、この一杯で、誰もがホップの世界に酔いしれる。

トロピカル感あふれるフルーティーで鮮やかなアロマ。爽やかな柑橘のニュアンスをベースに、桃やメロンを思わせる甘く優しい余韻。すっきりとなめらかな口当たりで、心地良く飲み進められる一杯に。

Local Alchemist returns, our Sekimachi Cellar tribute brew. Ardent supporters of far more than our band of rogue lupulin warriors, Sekimachi brings a kind of tempered enthusiasm to the scene, paired with a fantastic crew and space we all kinda wish we had in our backyard. The brew—hazy thick, with this year's offering leaning on the stellar Freestyle Nectaron, packs a vibrant pineapple/stone fruit sensory with a dry enough finish to keep you reaching for more. Hop Dude chefs also worked some curious tweaks on this one, designed specifically to make it more palatable in copious volumes (iykyk).
