Adaptive Distortion is our Dry Hopped Table Saison composed with Pilsner malt and raw white wheat, and dry hopped quite generously with the best picks from our most recent New Zealand selections. Designed to be an extremely crushable table Saison, hopped at a rate more in line with our IPAs. Refermented in the can for natural carbonation. Notes of lime soda, clean linen, pineapple weed, young coconut, and feijoa. 3.5% abv.
