Brewed in collaboration with our friends Vertere in Kutama, Japan we’ve created a new TFG. It’s our signature thick recipe, infused with pure organic peach puree and brewed with cinnamon and brown sugar on the hot side. This time with Vetere’s guidance, we’ve tried a new souring technique which has brought through a much clearer and clean line of tartness to the TFG.
