2020年にRange Brewingがリリースした2種類のHazy IPA、「Fahrenheit」と「Celsius」。
華氏を意味する「Fahrenheit」はモルト、ホップ、イーストに至るまでアメリカ産のものを使用し、摂氏をを意味する「Celsius」は同じく全てオーストラリア産のものを使用したものであったが、今回このHazy IPA、 Boiling Point（沸点）はその2つのビールの実験により生まれたラブチャイルドと言える。
ホッププロファイル的には、Cashmere Cryo (US)、Citra (US)、Mosaic(US)を使用し、どちらかというとFahrenheitからの遺伝子が多く含まれているようだが、CelsiusはこのビールにGalaxy(AUS)という非常に大きな貢献を残した。
アロマはトロピカルのブーケ、マンダリンシトラス。
口に含むと柔らかくジューシーなメロン、マンゴー、そしてパッションフルーツがすべり込む。
フィニッシュは一口ごとに長く続き、熱帯のきらめく思い出を呼び起こす。
Boiling Point is a brand new and red hot IPA. Consider this baby the lovechild of last years Fahrenheit v Celsius experiment. Admittedly Boiling Point got a lot more of its genes from Fahrenheit, but Celsius contributed one very important thing – Galaxy. On the nose we have a bouquet of tropical aromas with a dominating mandarin citrus shining through. On the palate soft and juicy melon, mango and oh so much passion fruit slide through and linger to perfection. The finish lasts long after each sip, bringing back shimmering memories of tropical glory.
