Citra、HBC472に加え、Strata、Citra、Idaho、HBC630の4種のホップをドライホッピングに使用。完熟マンゴーや柑橘類の香りを前面に押し出しました。軽めで柔らかなモルトの味わいを持ちながらも、しっかりとしたボディを兼ね備えたDIPA。
For Off Shore we started with a grist of extra pale, oats and chit for a light, soft malt profile with plenty of body. We whirlpooled with Citra & HBC472 then dry hopped with Strata, Citra, Idaho & HBC630 for aromas of ripe citrus and mango. Show Less
