Citra、Azacca、Cashmere、HBC630でドライホッピングを施したNew England Pale Ale。
エクストラペールとオーツ、チットモルトのブレンドによりボディを強調しつつも軽く、かつ柔らかいモルトプロファイルを形成。
ペールエールではありますが、通常のIPAの量のホップを使用することにより、ジューシーなトロピカルフルーツのアロマを十分に楽しめる。
For Shoreline pale we started with a grist of extra pale, oats and chit for a light, soft malt profile with plenty of body. We then took our regular IPA hopping levels and added them to this lower abv pale. Whirlpooled with Azacca then dry hopped with Citra, Azacca, Cashmere & HBC630 for a pale that's full of bright overripe tropical aromatics.
